Return and Refund Policy

At Everizona, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, where reasonably applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled through our available self-service cancellation option within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided the option is available for the order. If you wish to cancel after this period, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everizona.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched. This does not affect any cancellation rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind or no longer want an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everizona.com. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
